AS65 is the type designator, easily found at https://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/Search.aspx

At the eight 0'clock position at the tail rotor is a shaded area that is actually a stencil that indicates the bird is an MH65-C Rotorcraft. The USCG serial list shows that it was converted from what it does not say nor the date. Most likely it was a AS65 in its early days. Thanks for your interest.
